Being a very "on edge" patient, my whole experience has been one of professionalism, calmness, well explained, experienced and measured advice. I have had the same dentist for over 30 years who I had complete faith in & after he retired I was worried at building faith with someone else. I have recently had an extraction under sedation at the practice. I’m an extremely anxious patient and after many years of bad experiences I joined the practice last year. You are greeted warmly and on my first appointment Andrea came and sat with me in reception chatting to me to keep me calm. Jason has been calm and patient with me and after an infection which meant an extraction, I decided I would give sedation a try. Everything happened as he said it would, and I was looked after well by all staff. A very caring and professional team.

I have received excellent service all around from Shenstone Dental centre since joining. All the treatments I have had done have been to the highest standards by my dentist Jason and his team. As soon as I step in the door I feel very welcome by the friendly receptionists, especially Jo who always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The best decision I made was joining and I’m in great hands and couldn’t recommend enough.

Paul Carroll is an excellent senior dentist professional. He has done great restorative work on my teeth, crowns and bruxism mouth splint a number of times over the the years. He is always friendly, explains things very well and is empathetic. The practice in general is excellent and I'm very happy to be on their monthly dental plan with regular check-ups and hygienist sessions to keep everything good and healthy.

I was made to feel very comfortable and the treatment was explained to me fully. I was put completely at ease and the extractions were carried out expertly and painlessly.

My visit was the second and concluding part of a root canal filling. The term usually strikes fear into people and I was no different. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact I didn’t feel a thing and the whole process was expertly carried out by Dr Paul Carroll and team with no undue side effects. Apparently the procedure wasn’t straightforward but I was none the wiser. Thank you and onward to the implant!

Been going to Shenstone Dental Surgery for 20+ years . Very well run , efficient , friendly operation . The Dentists themselves are very professional as are the Hygienists . They will always go out of their way to help if you require urgent treatment . I’d have no hesitation in recommending their services to prospective patients .

Would definitely recommend using Shenstone Dental Centre ...the staff were friendly, from the receptions, nurses through to Andy the dentist all were great and put anyone who maybe slightly nervous at ease straight away. I had an Implant done by Andy who took time to explain the whole process on each visit and I'm very happy with the outcome. Special mention for Sam on reception, Emily the dental nurse and Andy who all have a great sense of humour and made my visits to the dentist very enjoyable.

They showed their professional expertise following my recent accident which resulted in my needing urgent dental treatment, although they had a full appointments book that day they managed to fit me in and sort out my urgent problems. 1st class all round.
